Caley Seafoods is eco friendly; fished by Scottish boats using traditional methods and landed directly in Peterhead, Scotland, it comes direct to the UK and Europe travelling the lowest possible food miles, with freshness guaranteed. Fresh cod, haddock, monkfish, saithe, pollack, whiting, hake, coley, sole, plaice, mackerel, herring, langoustine and species from deeper waters are hand processed by our experienced Scottish filleters (pelagic fish is machine filleted) to customer specification.
